The Ocakbaşı
Twelve seats facing the open charcoal grill, served cut by cut as it comes off the coals.
DiscoverBehind the curtain, your own table

Two private rooms sit just off the dining room, each closed with heavy curtains rather than doors. The Dome Room gathers up to fourteen guests at a single round table beneath a hand-painted ceiling and a crystal chandelier, with marble and gilded panels on every side. The Curtain Room is smaller and darker: a red leather banquette around a table for eight, candlelit, with the music of the main room kept at a distance.
Both rooms are served by a dedicated team and work best with a set menu from the grill — mezze, the grill table and dessert — with wine pairings if you wish. Menus are agreed in advance, and the kitchen is happy to build around a celebration, a business lunch or a quiet family occasion.
The rooms are booked by enquiry rather than online. Write to events@perapalace.ae with your date, the number of guests and the occasion, and we will come back to you within the day.

Good to know
Both rooms close fully with heavy curtains. Service comes and goes without being asked, and the music of the main room stays outside.
There is no second sitting in the private rooms. The table is yours for the afternoon or the evening.
Cakes, flowers, printed menus and a few words from the grill master can all be arranged. Tell us when you book.
